The Orioles continue their partnership with USA Baseball and Baltimore City Public Schools to provide an introductory level bat-and-ball gym curriculum, Fun At Bat. Fun At Bat emphasizes character development, functional movement, literacy, active play and fun. The overarching goal of this program is to promote fun and active lifestyles for children, while teaching them the fundamental skills of bat and ball sports. On Friday, May 3, the Orioles will host a special Fun At Bat event at Cherry Hill Elementary/Middle School with a player and the Oriole Bird.
